Using the counter-listening method theorized by Gascia Ouzounian, I explore and develop alternative modes of poetic and political listening. I have invented the concept of the “trembling score”, to propose another way of transmitting music, one that embraces the variations of melodies and sounds between temporalities rather than its fixity, thanks to a practice of trans-generational and trans-cultural improvisation.
